Getting Started with Analytics - Sept-Dec 2021

This micro-credential refreshes existing knowledge and introduces new skills in analytical techniques. Use of spreadsheets to understand key concepts used by analytics professionals: summarising, interpreting and visualising data, forming and testing hypotheses, filtering and transforming data, building models to ask "what if?" questions, or optimising product features. This is an introduction to the technical and philosophical skills required, and the many applications of business analytics.
