The program objective is to provide founders with practical tools, techniques, and support to help them understand customers, design better value propositions, and find the right business model.
Learning Outcomes:
• ability to use tools such as value proposition canvas, empathy mapping, personas, customer journey mapping and business model canvas
• understand techniques like interviewing, immersion, observation, and prototypes
• ability to demonstrate successful implementation of these tools and techniques by providing traceable and measurable results
• learn lean methodology to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset
• ability to empathise and engage with customers
• gathering and synthesis of data.

• Delivery Details: Participate in the following workshops within the MQi Educate Validate workshop series.
1. Value Proposition
2. Customer Discovery A
3. Customer Discovery B
4. Business Model Canvas / Convincing Stakeholders
5. Prototyping.
• Assessment: apply the knowledge learnt through a business model canvas.
• Volume of Learning: 10 workshops (5 x 2-hour workshops), 3.5 hours of self-paced online learning, and 3 hours of fieldwork.
