Help! I'm teaching Society and Culture for the first time

Description

This course will provide teachers with an introduction to Society and Culture as a conceptual course. Examining the preamble of the course - including fundamental and additional course concepts, research methods and the characteristics of a socially and culturally literate person - teachers will engage with the foundations of the course. Teachers will then unpack the components of the Personal Interest Project as a major work, practicing question development and understanding how to build links to the HSC syllabus.
